New Haven 20K National Championships!
My wife is incredible!! She just took 3rd place in a 5:30/mile pace and beat a bunch of VERY solid runners on the national scene.

Early on, still a big pack
Starting to thin out, Nan still in the mix
Amy Hastings in the lead at this point, Nan just to the right of Magdalena Lewy-Boulet
Down to just 3 at about 7 miles, just before Magda made a break.
About mile 7.5, just before Magda split the top 3 apart. Nan finished just under 1 minute after Magda. Magda 1:07:31 – Then Stephanie Rothstein in about 1:08:15 and Nan in about 1:08:30. The next girl was about 25 seconds back.
